We offer scheduled, visual inspections of unoccupied homes to check for issues like leaks, pests, or damages, ensuring the property is secure while the owner is away. These services prevent small problems from becoming costly.

Upon completion of our home check, you will receive an electronic report identifying the time and location of the report creation including pictures along with comments of any problems or potential problems we identify. You’ll be contacted if there are any issues that need your immediate attention.
